Saudi Arabia eases requirement for Brazilian beef

From now on, Brazilian beef slaughterhouses will be able to export meat from animals slaughtered over 30 months old to Saudi Arabia. The sanitary surveillance agency, Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) removed the requirement that limited the age of animals and also included the possibility of exporting Brazilian sheep meat to the Saudis.

The information was disclosed in the new model approved by the International Health Certificate (CSI).
