World chicken meat exports will be close to 16.7 million tons in 2031. The projection is from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which indicates that the volume will represent an increase of 25% in relation to 2020 exports. The largest exporter of this protein, Brazil is expected to increase shipments by 32%, reaching 5.2 million tons.
The United States and the European Union, which appear in the second and third position among the main exporters, present lower growth in the projection for 2031. The Americans should increase their exports by 17.41% (4.2 million tons), while the European Union will increase by 9.51% (2.8 million tons).
